Halloween decorations are all about being spooky and eerie, and what can be more fun than pairing Halloween Ornaments with Glow In the Dark Crafts?  They only require 2 steps and a few minutes to make so this is a cool project to do with your kids.

I have really never done any glow in the dark crafts before, but these Halloween ornaments are so easy to do and I had a lot of fun bringing them into a dark room and turning off the lights to see what my final product would look like!

Halloween Ornaments Come Alive As Glow In The Dark Crafts

If you want to personalize your Halloween ornaments, add a paint marker to the list of supplies and write a name or cute saying as part of your glow in the dark crafts Halloween display.

Supplies for Halloween Ornaments:

  • Clear glass ball ornament
  • Glow in the dark nail polish or paint
  • Halloween plastic confetti
  • Ribbon

Step 1:  Carefully remove the cap from the clear glass ball ornament and sprinkle the confetti inside.  We purchased a nail polish that already had the black bat confetti in it, but you can purchase these separately.  Pour the nail polish or paint in and swirl it around to move the confetti until you have complete coverage with the glow in the dark polish or paint.

Note: Paper confetti can disintegrate, so it is important that you use the plastic variety.

Step 1 is to carefully remove the cap from the clear glass ball ornament and sprinkle the confetti inside, then pour your glow in the dark paint or nail polish inside, swirling it around. | OrnamentShop.com

Step 2: After the ornament is dry, replace the cap and tie a ribbon to the top of the ornament.  We used a black glittered ribbon for a spooky look.
