I have noticed that rustic ornaments are one of the new trends for Christmas 2015 and therefore, I’ve asked my friend Donni from MagicOnions.com to take you through a wonderful tutorial for how to make ornaments out of wood. These unique wood Christmas ornaments can be made from trees in your own backyard! They will look especially wonderful on woodland inspired Christmas trees.
– Birch wood slices (cut your own or find them at your local craft store or on Etsy.com)
– Christmas stamps (found at your local craft store)
– Stamp ink (found at your local craft store)
– Pretty Christmas-inspired ribbon
– A hand drill
Use the drill to drill a hole in each wood slice. This is so that you will be able to hang your ornament on your Christmas tree with ribbon.
Use the stamps and ink to stamp fun Holiday sentiments onto each wood slice.
Make pretty bows with festive Christmas ribbon to hang your rustic ornaments on your tree.
I think these are very rustic and unique wood Christmas ornaments! If you liked this tutorial, you may love to see other wood ornaments we have available on our site, OrnamentShop.com.
