    Is there a limit to how many characters I can use?

    Each ornament design has its own space limits (some names fit better than others), but we’ll always let you know upfront what fits. If you’re unsure, reach out. We’re happy to help you make it perfect.

    Can I upload my own photo or design?

    Some of our ornaments offer photo options or completely custom designs. Look for the “Photo” or “Custom Art” tags, and if you have a special request, drop us a note. We love creative ideas!

    What if I made a mistake in my order?

    Oh no! We get it. Names blur together in busy brains. If you catch an error, contact us ASAP. If we haven’t started production, we’ll fix it. If it’s already made, we’ll work with you to find a solution that still makes you smile.

    Can I personalize in a different language?

    Zero special characters or accents on letters. We can do “ ‘ “ or “ ! “.
    But for languages that use other non US keyboard letters we cannot personalize.
    And please, NO Emojis!
